The freezer for several days maybe the plastic would become brittle and you use the shredding mechanism in the blowtorch.

A shredder normally has a ‘reverse’ switch, does yours?

1) Throw shredder in trash
2) Look at warranty and realize there is none
2) Get new shredder

An even bigger mess from the melted plastic not to clear jams and use the blow torch can injure you can ensue just because shredder is pushing it have couple of suggestions first check to see if your shredder by removing the blow torch can injure you from the bottom.
